RetinaRenew Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it promptly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days for any reason, without needing justification. As with standard returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
